Michael C. Skouteris
Michael Skouteris was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science. He is a 1995 honors graduate of Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, finishing fourth in his class. While in law school, he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and the American Jurisprudence Award. In 1995, Michael started work in his family firm, Skouteris Law Firm, where he litigated numerous tort cases including automobile accidents, workers compensation, products liability, medical malpractice, retaliatory discharge, and racial discrimination. Now a partner in Skouteris & Magee, PLLC, this attorney practices in all areas of personal injury, and specializes in nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases.
Michael graduated fourth in his class. He has won jury verdicts of $1.7 million and $1.35 million, in addition to several six figure jury verdicts.

Milton E. Magee, Jr.
Milton E. Magee, Jr. was born and raised in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in finance. He is a 1993 graduate of the George E. Taylor School of Law at the University of Tennessee.
Milton currently sits on the Alumni Advisory Board at the Universisty of Texas College of Law, and serves on the Chickasaw Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Milton is an active member of the Memphis Bar Association, where he has served on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He also served on the board of the Memphis Area Legal Services Campaign for Equal Justice. Now a partner in Skouteris & Magee, PLLC, Milton has litigated and tried many cases including criminal law, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, workers compensation, and contract disputes.
